Creating Your Listing

It is simple to get started with marketing your law firm through the Visalia Attorneys. This tutorial will show you the steps of setting up your profile.

 

Locate Your Listing on Visalia Attorneys

 

To check if you have a basic profile already listed in the Visalia Attorneys database, first search using your first and last name. If your listing shows in the search results, you will then need to claim your listing by clicking on "Claim Listing." 

 

 

However, before you can access the listing, you will need to create an account and get approved by the administrator.

 

Proceed to the following steps if you don't have a profile on Visalia Attorneys or have already claimed your listing and received approval.

 

Create a New Listing for Editing

 

From your upper right corner of the dashboard, click on "List to Your Practice Today!" 

 

 

The "Create an Account" page will appear. Enter the required information and click "Register."  

 

 

After you have registered your account, select "Create Listing" and choose a subscription plan.

 

 

Then, from the edit page, you can fully personalize your listing.

 

Update Map and Geo-location Information

 

 

The mapping section of your profile is at the top of the page. This section is crucial as it contains your geo-location information so clients can find you.

 

There are two ways to edit the map. First, use the search icon in the top right to type in your address. Secondly, zoom and drag the map out and in to locate your exact street.  

 

Once the map displays your law firm's location, drop a pin by clicking on the map.

 

Law Firm Details

Scroll down the page as you continue to enter in all relevant details of your law firm.

 

 

You can start at the top by entering:

 

Full Name

Enter your name, making sure to include your professional prefix or credentials, if preferred.

 

Name of Law Firm

Type your law firm's name here. Be consistent with how your name is registered with Google My Business and other online directories, such as the Yellow Pages and Yelp.

 

Logo

Here you can upload your company's logo. A headshot can be uploaded in place of the logo.

 

Address

Fill in all the required fields. To help clients locate your office, enter any major cross streets or neighborhoods (such as Green Acres) nearby. Your city should auto-populate after you enter the initial few letters. Then simply choose the proper city from the drop-down.

 

Phone Numbers

The Visalia Attorneys directory offers several ways for clients to contact you via telephone, fax, and WhatsApp.

 

Descriptions, Links, and Social Media

Continue scrolling until you reach the description area. The "Short Description" is a great place for clients to learn about you. In contrast, the "Description" is perfect for clients to learn about your firm, its philosophy and operations, and more.

 

 

Add your email and website to the digital contact area, including the http:// or https:// part of the web address. Next, copy your complete social media profile address in the appropriate fields.  

 

Then, select your areas of practice from your primary to any additional areas your firm handles.  

 

And add in your law firm's hours of operation.

 

Enhanced Media

You can add up to 15 photos or videos to the enhanced media section. This section is your chance to showcase your law firm to potential clients.

 

 

And finally, to save your new listing, click "submit" after you have filled in all the fields.

We recommend you preview your profile after submission. Take this time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and make any adjustments necessary.
